ArcanaPath is an educational resource. We present tarot as a historical, symbolic system for self-reflection, study, and entertainment. Our content — including card meanings, spreads, the free reading tool, and the email course — does not predict the future and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

Decisions you make remain your own responsibility. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, a legal question, or a financial decision, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial learning and reference. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our content, interfere with the operation of the site, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The content of this website — texts, structure, design, and tools — is owned by Cloudwards e.K. and protected by copyright. Historical tarot imagery in the public domain remains in the public domain. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link is welcome; anything beyond that requires our written permission.

The email course is free. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We may revise or discontinue the course; see our privacy policy for how signup data is handled.

You can create a free account to use the study app. Keep your sign-in method secure and give us accurate information. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (for example, scraping, automated access, or attempts to disrupt operation).

ArcanaPath Premium costs USD 9 per month (prices including any applicable VAT are shown at checkout) and unlocks the full 78-card study deck and unlimited reviews. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

Canceling is possible at any time via "Manage subscription" on the premium page, and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep premium access until then, and your study history is never deleted when you downgrade. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice; if you don't agree, simply cancel before the new price applies.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers): you may withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of subscribing without giving reasons, by emailing hello@arcanapath.net. As the service starts immediately at your request, we may deduct a proportional amount for the period already provided; the rest is refunded. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

The site may link to third-party websites, whose content we do not control and are not responsible for. Some outbound links (for example, to tarot decks or books) may be affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Such links never change our editorial judgment.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudwards e.K. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence. We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above reflects the current version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
